The 15-meter-long heated stainless steel pool with an infinity edge transforms the garden into an exclusive retreat. The centerpiece is the newly installed Arclinea kitchen (2024) – designed by Antonio Citterio, who has shaped the brand's signature style for decades. The kitchen was manufactured in Caldogno, Italy, where Arclinea continues to produce all its components in its own factory. This statement piece was realized through Bruckmüller, Arclinea's selected premium partner in Austria.

 

Here, architecture and cuisine merge to create a statement of modern living.

 

 

A special feature is the double-sided fireplace, which can be experienced from both the kitchen and the living room and elegantly connects the two areas.

 

Framed by custom-made leather-look material from Bruckmüller, it becomes the architectural centerpiece of the room structure – style-defining and atmospherically dense.

The living room is flooded with light, featuring expansive windows that bring brightness and a sense of spaciousness into everyday life. The unobstructed view of the garden opens the room to the outside and enhances the feeling of openness.

 

Clean lines, elegant materials and a calm color scheme create an ambiance that is both prestigious and comfortable.

The entrance hall opens with a continuous floor of Vratza natural stone, which impressively emphasizes the spaciousness of the rooms. Daylight floods in via the gallery, making the entrance hall the radiant centerpiece of the house.
